Relaxation Massage
A full-body massage to reduce muscle tension and promote overall relaxation. Use of long flowing strokes and kneading to ease stress and mild tension.
60 minute - $80
90 minute - $115
Therapeutic Massage
This treatment focuses on pain relief, reducing muscle tension, and increasing limited mobility using a variety of techniques.
60 minute - $80

120 minute - $160
NG Massage is a private-pay practice, I do not bill insurance.
Cash, credit cards, and debit cards are accepted. HSA/FSA cards are not accepted, I can send an itemized receipt for your records.

I was born and raised right here in Spokane, WA. I love to weight lift and go indoor climbing, my love for movement and activity is what brought me to massage therapy!
